酔っ払い製麺。 ＋ Netflixで、孫悟空観ながら、製麺。讃岐うどん用中力粉＋かんすいの中華麺。中華麺打ちつつも鶏ムネ肉のソテー食いたくなって、鶏ムネ肉を「ためしてガッテン」流で捌いて塩胡椒してオリーブ油敷いて焼いて、ミックスベジも炒めて、酔っ払い中華麺をオリーブ油で和えて、素パスタ。 ＋ 「素パスタ」って日本語になってるのか？ この言葉、作ったのは、譜久原くんだと思うぞ。河合塾での浪人時代、貧乏で、スパゲティにオリーブ油かけたのばっか食ってて、譜久原くんと、「なんて料理なんだろ？ 具なしうどんが『素うどん』だから、『素スパゲティ』かな？」って言ったら、「寧ろ、『素パスタ』の方が語呂がいいんじゃないでしょうか？」と提案と受けて、それ以来、「オリーブ油かけただけのスパゲティ」のことを「素パスタ」と呼称している。1985年の出来事。まさか日本語になるとは思ってもいなかった。 ＋ 「鶏ムネ肉、オリーブ油敷いて焼いただけ」「ミックスベジタブルのソテー」って料理も、その頃からの好物。 気づいてなかったけど、この辺りのレシピで、はじめて自炊生活始めた頃、たまたま読んでたのが、「ターザン」創刊以前の「ブルータス」の肉体改造特集だったからなんだろうなあ、きっと。「ブルータス」読んでたら、「パスタと鶏ササミ」ってメニューが出てて、やたら美味そうで、簡単そうで、「これならできそう」と、買い物行ったら、鶏ムネ肉の方が安かったので、鶏ムネ肉で代替して・・・そのまま30年。好物になってしまった。 ＋ ハラパン・ しあわせ。 #素パスタ #大葉 トッピング #chicken #pasta #homemadenoodles #handmadenoodles #oliveoil #mixvegetables #handcutnoodles #homecooking #setagaya #tokyo #japan #dinner (世田谷区経堂)

Two favorite rice dishes. Sauteed Chicken Meat, Mixed Vegetables, and Cheap Thai Rice. Sauteed chicken breast and mixed vegetables are my favorites. Cheap Thai rice, not so much. I don't like Cheap Thai rice much, but it was very tasty today.
