At first I thought BE LOVE would just be a temporary unit and I was more than happy to watch the wedding performance over and over again...

Then I heard about MiyaTama plans of telling a story in three acts (songs/performances) and I was like "Ooooh that's interesting." like these two have a really good relationship and everybody knows that but it's so good that reaches a creative partnership level. From all the things they could have created, they created a love story represented by them as a same-sex couple and it's like ??????? mind-blowing.

Of course it's a promotional queer bait piece of publicity and nothing new about that on J-pop or pop itself but 30+ Johnny's starring something like that is amazing to me. Our Tacchon was already very brave in my eyes to be a queer character in Ooku during the 2010's (despite being a bury your gays movie) and this year he surprised us again playing a main character in a BL movie. Maybe this is a shifting moment for JE?

I love MiyaTama and I will be very much looking forward to it. I hope to be positively surprised and daydream a little more about idols... I think all the fans need a escape during these times.

Well, the fact that Kisumai's sequel of "BE LOVE" , the first canonical Johnny's OTP marriage on stage, "Hoshi ni negai wo" (that destroyed me) is one of the units and the closure is the very highly homoerotic "REAL ME" unit makes a lot of sense. 🧐
