Transferring after the year had started posed some difficulties, but Alice was confident she could catch up to all of her classes with a certain ease. Adapting to the pace of being a manager to a live-in club; however, proved a bit more difficult. Luckily, the other managers were very kind and supportive, and with some of her classmates also being in the club, it wasn’t too awkward for her to start getting better acquainted with the players.
Her organizational skills and observant nature often came in handy when it came to the more formulaic aspects of the club, which had her working closely with both the Captain and the starter Catcher when it came to reviewing training and game performance. Given how intense all the third years were, she was most pleasantly surprised by how easy to talk to they actually were.
With Fujiwara-senpai and herself taking turns filling in the score books, she felt compelled to approach the other first string catcher and ask if he was okay with her score keeping, seeing as he and Takigawa-senpai were the ones who needed that information the most. But... Miyuki-san had proved quite challenging so far. She’d been steadily building good relationships with all her year mates so far, but she just couldn’t figure him out.
“Miyuki-san?” She asked after he’d finished talking to a few boys, holding onto a copy of her latest score sheet. “Do you have a moment?”
