cant catch a break man
in honor of baseball yaoi anime season 4 starting today I have more meimiyu, except it’s them probably traveling somewhere in Europe during the off season of their first professional year and fighting for their lives to figure out the 2719261 yrs old locks of the air bnb (and the street side smol supermarket bags that breaks 1/5 times approximately)
miyumei compelling me by getting pissed when the other isn't playing to the best of their ability
HELLO WORLD… do miyumei shippers still exist…? i know i do! a miyumei au from a moot on twt (@/miyukimeis) inspired me to make a marmond miyumei thing!!! the meishall agenda is so smart
Somehow I forgot to post this MiyuMei from the rare pair exchange
years apart in real life writing, a year apart within the story itself, and these two are on the same wavelength. it was fun to watch their battery at the tokyo senbatsu but i know it could be even better when they have trust between them and no limitations (like them being opponents with a tournament around the corner).
the top catcher and pitcher of their generation. damn. i hope they put the rivalry down even for a term to play as a proper battery in a pro team. the baseball world needs to see more of them.
“Why won’t you just leave me the fuck alone?” The words burst out like poisonous gas, suicidal, but Mei doesn’t seem to take offence at all.
“Because, you don’t really want me to, Kazuya,” he replies, nonchalant.
“I…I want…what I want—” Miyuki stutters, his fists tight and weak as he collapses against the cold brick wall. It’s a damning thing, to want. “It’s been years. You’re still here. Aren’t you tired of me yet?”
“I could never tire of you, Kazuya,” Mei says frankly, nose wrinkled in confusion. “Why would you ask me that?”
It’s so genuine and terrible that Miyuki rewinds back in time and forgets to rehearse before he speaks.
“Because until you do, I can’t leave.”
