i cry pretty much everyday like few times but i think it’s because of my depression i used to cry less but now ugh i’m crying sometimes without a reason

I have these periods during which I cry every day (last autumn I cried on a daily basis) but in winter it just stopped and now I haven't cried properly since New Year's. I cried after we beat Barca but that was just a couple of tears.
I often cry at football. Last season's el clasicos made me cry hysterically and once I cried for the WHOLE 90 minutes. It was the first leg of the semis......
