one aspect of older SCP articles/media that I actually think newer SCP articles/media tends to not dwell on is the existence of D-Class and their experience. While I do appreciate the shift towards the experience of anomalous subjects and people themselves (in general), I think the concept of D-Class was a very uniquely horrifying one for SCP and I enjoy the very old angsty articles such as D-One
this isn’t an “older SCP better” post either by the way. I very much appreciate newer scp stuff more it’s just this particular element of older articles that I enjoy
