I think that regular beef might achieve similar tenderness with the right cut. - probably would not order again - pairs well with the Potage Soup Seafood Chirashi Rice Box - 8/10 - fresh seafood, love the Aburi Scallops in particular but there are only a few pieces. Probably because it is expensive - beautiful presentation - overall good taste. - I love how the soya sauce was turned into jelly, I reckon it could use more - Pairs well with the Prawn and Miso Soup with the soup as a chaser Triple Cooked Chips - 6 / 10 Truffle Mayo - 10/10 Karaage Chicken - 6.5 / 10 Potage Soup - 8 / 10 Prawn and Miso Soup - 6 / 10 Creme Caramel - 8 / 10 - Creamy and soft pudding - Sugar was quite bitter which is not nice if you taste it on its own but nice if you lightly cover the pudding with it.
