I didn’t get any videos today... but I still wanted to post. I’m gonna start with a disclaimer - this is not an ad, not a recommendation. Just me speaking of my experience. I credit @bauerfeindusa among others with my ability to get back to skating. My surgeon, care team, and physical therapists were and are instrumental in the healing process , but without a strong support I would be risking reinjury every time I stepped on the ice. Last May when I found out that I needed surgery my first question was “how long before I’m skating again?” But I knew that I would need support to prevent future injuries. Bauerfiend’s support is firm enough to prevent twisting, yet flexible enough to allow full range of motion. It’s also thin enough that it slips easily in my skates. Because of my connective tissue problems I decided that being proactive and getting a support for my right foot was better than waiting until injury. I’m very happy with my Bauerfiend braces and happily recommend them to anyone searching for a good exercise brace. @bauerfeindusa @edeaskates @mkblades #edea #mkblades #figureskating #mkvisionblades #lifeontheice https://www.instagram.com/p/BtCfoz7nkEL/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1lizvma9sdrsi
