perception is key. red and purple respectively mean danger ("emotion") and absense of it. for adrien, he is about to destroy the peacock miraculous in possession of his brother, putting an end to monarch's reign. he is not sure whether to be the hero he is supposed to be or to trust his family, hence, he "flickers" between the two. for felix, he is freeing both adrien and himself, not minding the red night he caused for the city. he wonders why everybody sees him as a villain

Hi everyone! So, as you may know, I recently started up an ML discord server. I’ve decided to put together an event week with the help of people in the said server (thank you @tourmei and @miiiraculous). To participate, you do not need to join us but if you would like to and help come up with more event weeks, you can join us by checking this out!
For this event, you can use any ship you would like, and you can do as many ships as you want. This is not limited to just Marinette & Adrien. Please make sure that there is no incest, pedophilia, or any of that.
You are allowed to make gifs, graphics, art, fics, videos, whatever you would like! Make sure to tag your posts with #mlvalentinesweek or tag me with #marinettas so I can reblog all your beautiful creations!

DAY ONE: February 10th - Meet Cutes & First Dates
This day will be dedicated to the characters meeting for the first time, their first date, or both! This does not have to be canon, you can use AUs as well such as coffee shop AUs or whatever you think fits best! Use your creativity!
DAY TWO: February 11th - Friendship & Platonic Love
Day two will be dedicated to friendship and platonic love, as you can see! You don’t need to focus on just one ship, you can include a whole group of friends. Platonic love is just as valid and important as romantic love. I can’t wait to see what you all do with this!
DAY THREE: February 12th - Patrols & Late Nights
Give your characters a Miraculous if they don’t have them already! This day will be about them patrolling and enjoying each other’s company, or spending late nights together, or even both! You don’t need to do both, you can pick one or the other if you’d like. This can be romantic, platonic, whatever you want to make it. We have to include superhero-y stuff at some point, don’t we? You can even use kwami swap AUs for this. Be creative!
(If you’re not doing patrols and just doing late nights, you don’t necessarily need your characters to have a miraculous. If you’re doing patrols/both, you can have only one character have a miraculous. example: ladrien, alyabug, etc)
DAY FOUR: February 13th - Crushes & Falling In Love
Day four will be all about the characters having a crush and falling in love! You can use AUs such as reverse crush AU, kwami swap, no powers AU, anything you’d like! You can also have fun and make your characters awkward AF around each other. Or, you can keep it just like it is in canon. Have fun!
DAY FIVE: February 14th - Soulmates
Valentine’s Day will be all about soulmates. You can use any type of soulmate AU that you would like! If you would like to keep it as platonic soulmates, go for it!
DAY SIX: February 15th - Gifts & Surprises
What’s Valentine’s Day without cute gifts? This will be all about characters giving each other gifts or surprising each other or even both! Have to include the stereotypical chocolates and teddy bears at some point... or you can get creative with the gifts!
DAY SEVEN: February 16th - Childhood & Family
The last day! This day will be about children, childhood, and family. You have many options for this one, which means I’ll make a bullet-point list with different ideas in case anyone is confused!
You can do a Future AU where your ship has kids
Past AU where your characters were childhood friends
Your characters spending time with family
These are just a few ideas! Don’t be afraid to get creative - that’s what this week is all about!

Hello, Everyone, and welcome to Nathaniel Week 2017!
Searching through Tumblr and AO3 for our tomato results in a quite a lot of content that’s barely relevant. So to show our love for Nathaniel Kurtzberg, we’re hosting a week! This week takes place from June 25th to July 1st! Though you don’t have to follow the prompts, we have some below to help you get some ideas!
Day 1, June 25th: Hero or Villain! Anything involving the Evillustrator, Miraculous Wielder!Nathaniel or even Nathaniel stepping in on his own is welcome this day! An epic fight? Cheering someone up? We want to see it!
Day 2, June 26th: Tomato! Fandom-wide, we refer to Little Kurtzberg as a tomato for his red hair--use it! Anything related to tomatoes is more than welcome, whether it be him cooking or him taking pride in his nickname!
Day 3, June 27th: Kwami Swap! Do you want to see Nathaniel as Ladybug or the Fox hero? Maybe you have some miracusonas you want him to trade with? Do you just want to see him interacting with another kwami? Here’s a chance to do it!
Day 4, June 28th: Ship Day! Any ship involving Nathaniel is welcome this day--LGBT and Poly included, of course! Go have fun! (Any day can include a ship, but here’s one where you can use any prompt you want!)
Day 5, June 29th: That’s Not the Right Cup, Dingus! I think we all know the joke with painters drinking out of “the wrong cup.” What’s your take on it?
Day 6, June 30th: Wrist Injury! Be sure to take breaks when drawing, or you might end up with a wrist injury! What do you think would happen if Nathaniel forgot to stretch?
Day 7, July 1st: #AdultLife! Want to draw Nathaniel Kurtzberg as an adult? Want to write about what a typical day of his would be like? Maybe him proposing to a special someone a few years down the line? Go for it!

For those of you who haven’t seen/signed up, we’ll be hosting a remix exchange for Week Four of Think Outside the Lovesquare Month. Signups are currently open and will close around 11:59 PM EST on 4/30!
What is Think Outside the Lovesquare Month?
For those of you who haven’t heard about Think Outside the Lovesquare month, we plan to spend June celebrating some of the rare pairs in this fandom by focusing on pairings outside of the lovesquare. Each week will have a different theme.
Week 1 will feature daily prompts that have been voted on by you all
Week 2 we’ll encourage everyone to remix a canon lovesquare scene from the show Miraculous Ladybug as a non-lovesquare pairing
And Week 4 we’ll be posting the creations from the remix exchange.
What is a remix exchange?
Artists and writers will sign up to have one of their lovesquare works remixed. Essentially, this means that we will assign everyone to a fellow artists/fic writer who will choose one lovesquare piece by the person they are assigned to and recreate it using the same premise/setting but with a non-lovesquare pairing. We have a bit more information on our Guidelines and FAQ pages as well! Pieces will be due on 6/22 with a mandatory check-in on 6/8.
