For international shipping, I have done my very best to keep everything comparable to last year in terms of price. If you don’t see your shipping country available, just send me a message here or at [email protected] and I will add it!

Plane pins are an add-on option on the listing; if I have extras after calendar preorders are done, then I’ll list those in the shop at that point (for now I’m not selling them on their own).

There is also a listing up in the shop for a desk calendar version of the calendar if anyone prefers that.

while the news of the disappearances of coach garland, the jacobs family, and the stevens family starts to travel around town, riverside is in full homecoming swing. 

this is the current week calendar.

monday october 14th // 

spirit day: pajama day           ( wear your pajamas to school ! ) 

tuesday october 15th //

spirit day: pirate day           ( dress like a pirate ! ) 

wednesday october 16th //

spirit day: color day            ( freshman wear white / sophomores wear yellow / juniors wear red / seniors wear black )  homecoming event: homecoming parade ( including crowning of king & queen ; 5pm )

thursday october 17th //

spirit day: falcon day               ( dress in your favorite falcon gear ! )  homecoming event: football game ( home game against rivals calvary cardinals ; 7pm )

Browsing week begins Tuesday!

Hey all,

Some of our original calendars said that browsing week would begin on Monday the 18th, some on Tuesday the 19th... because we’re still doing some last minute cleanup on a handful of bidder posts, we’re going with Tuesday. You’ll still have a full week to look over all of the awesome auction offerings for this year, and to plot and plan and strategize in advance of the actual bidding period (which opens on the evening of Tuesday the 26th.)

Aloha Students!

Since we have a few new faces around campus here I thought it might be best to give a little update regarding the timeline!

Currently the month we are in Hawaii time is August 2018. Due to being aware of some of our students currently still working on their event contributions, we’ve decided to extend our week until the 28th to give everyone a little more time. (Also please note that if it still takes you longer to finish up that’s quite alright! We are all about time lording and having fun here at Aloha State. We are in no rush to go anywhere-- just to have fun!) Due to this- as of May 28th real time we are currently beginning the fourth week of August (19th-25th).

Also we will be announcing our first student project very soon! (We’re hoping for today but as real life things get in the way it could be Monday.) 

Please remember that if you have any questions to never hesitate to ask us here or via the OOC Discord. We are always happy to help! Have fun, students and faculty! Mahalo!

Update on the calendar

We will be printing in bulk from smartpress, packaging and shipping ourselves!

We will also have postcards available!

We will be shipping from the U.S.

Pre-orders will open later today and last a week. We will have our calendar re-formatted, and will order a larger amount than the pre-order quantity sold. Due to increased shipping times (pre-orders, ordering ourselves, doing our own packaging), people living in the U.S. can expect to get their calendars in late December/early January, with international going early to mid January.

When we get close to running out, we’ll set up a pre-order for a second batch of calendars, with the understanding that they’ll ship out at a slightly later date!

Shipping domestically will be $4.50. Internationally will be $12 sent in a flat envelope (add $3 for each additional calendar). $22.50 for a bubble mailer. Bubble mailers are more secure, but we WILL be padding the insides of the flat envelopes with a thin layer of bubble wrap, because we understand that international shipping is expensive.

A digital version may be available at some point.

Once again, we are doing this because there were many hidden fees that weren’t visible until we hit the publish button on Lulu! We’re trying to do our best by our artists and by you; and the best way it seems to do that is to stop feeding Lulu 70% of our profit, and take packaging and shipping into our own hands.

Thank you very much for your kind words and signal boosting, we’re touched by the level of support we’ve received from this fandom! 

Our teacup IS coming back together again!
