Does anyone remember when I drew the cranes as ponies? Well, I'm bringing that back, but I'm finally adding lore and drawing the man kids.
So far, 3/6
Ashlyn Banner- Pegasus (Phantom dimension: She's developing a horn, making her an alicorn....BUT THAT'S NOT A GOOD THING....lore..)
Aiden Clark (Bull Pegasus. His dad's a pegasus and his mom is a cow....)
Ben Clark- Bull (he's a cutie pie. His dad hates pegasi....Daniel he hates because he's rich).
I'll draw the rest tomorrow <3
Short explanation of story ig? Alicorns are unhinged anomalies in this world; they are nothing to be messing with. They are the "Rift Openers." Ashlyn, being born a pegasus, at some point has magic get attached to her soul, resulting in a horn growing within her phantom dimension counterpart after the shift happened. This horn may or may not one day sprout..
Cows live out near the midsouthern regions; that's where Ben's family lived. Their cutie marks are slightly less "detailed" than pony cutie marks. While they don't have beef with other species, Ben's dad, William, hates pegasi with his soul. He mainly despises the rich or sportsy pegasi (Ashlyn's family and Daniel are cooked...but Daniel was just a normal hate since he is family).
"Ashlyn's family isn't sportsy though?" Sportsy is described as those who use their wings to their advantage in combat or sport (like dance and military...). Ben's dad sees them as "trouble" and "dangerous" because of an incident he had with pegasi kids similar to those attributes (they broke Ben's voice).
Hybrids aren't THAT common, but they do pop in and out every so often. Aiden's hybrid species is more of the common side. He's half cow and half pony (specifically pegasus). His pony side is slightly weaker, so it takes a bit to develop these attributes, especially when itcame to flying. Aiden was a late bloomer with both his cutie mark AND flying. It takes a bit for his wings to adjust before they help him glide; and he uses this disadvantage to his advantage. He always pulls stunts that could harm him if he doesn't deploy his wings at time; he loves living the thrill of having not fully formed wings.
So yeah, there's a small taste. More tomorrow!
