Morning Workout!

Thursday: Back and Cardio

Superset #1:

3x12 Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns

3x12 Narrow Grip Pulldowns

Superset #2:

3x12 (each arm) One Arm Dumbbell Row (same side = one knee and one hand on the bench)

3x12 Seated Cable Rows

Superset #3:

3x15 Lower Back Hyperextensions

3x12 Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows

+ 20 minute walk/jog/run with the dog! 

I used 10 lbs weights and I set the machines to 5! I hope to increase that by next week! 

I honestly don't care if I get bulky or not, I just wan to be fit and healthy!

Then I have work all day, then a Farmers Market tonight, which requires a good workout from hauling a truck full of coolers, tables, etc. to my spot!

I REALLY like working out in the morning. Never thought I would, today was my first day working out in the morning! I think this might become a regular thing!! :)
