The MM makeup guide:
Shimmery white highlighter and eyeshadow 🪽
I use white powder highlighter on my cheeks, above the arch of my brow, in the middle of my brow bone, inner eye corners, and bridge of the nose. This creates a very cohesive look. I pack a shimmery white on the eyelid.
Becca Pearl highlighter, Inglot 453 pearl eyeshadow, & Urban Decay Moondust in Cosmic
Red and pink nail polish 🍒 💅🏼
When I do my nails at home I like to use the Sally Hansen insta dry top coat. It really does dry instantly so I don’t have to worry about chipping my nails as easily!
Current picks: OPI Dutch Tulips, DND Ferrari Red, DND Prom
Layers of baby pink blush 💞
I usually use about 3 different blushes at a time. I tend to do a liquid, powder, and then follow up with something that I consider to be more of a blush topper.
Too Faced Candy Clouds, Rare Beauty Happy, Mac Into the Pink
Dark brown eyeliner 🤎🍫
Once I stopped dying my hair black I noticed that black eyeliner was looking a bit harsh. Dark brown liner still reads as black, but is just a hair softer. Analyze your personal coloring to figure out the best shade for you.
The Wet n Wild liquid megaliner is my holy grail and it’s so cheap! The felt brush is so easy to control.
Volumizing mascara (but long falsies) 🖤
I’m currently on the hunt for my perfect mascara. I currently like the Rare Beauty and YSL Lash Clash Extreme.
I’m looking into trying the Haus Labs B Structural, Makeup by Mario Master Mascara, and Dior Overvolume Extreme. I’d preferably like to snag these up in a set of minis 🤞🏼
Drugstore options I have my eye on are L’Oréal Volominous and Maybelline Colossal Big Shot.
Pink lip combos 🌷✨
Any medium pink lip pencil and nude pink lipstick topped with a shimmery gloss
Light pink loose setting powder 🎀
Regular translucent powder can make my skin look more pale than it already is. A pinky powder gives my skin a healthier glow and brightens up the under eyes nicer.
I currently mix the Laura Mercier translucent with Ben Nye’s Pretty Pink. I have my eye on the Rare Beauty loose powder in Light as a future alternative.
