Magic Missile at the Darkness(Open F2F)
Jessie hummed a song she had stuck in her head as she rose to her tip-toes, attaching a string of battery-powered LED lights to the wall. She had felt like she struck gold when she found the box of them in the multipurpose closet. It was generally reserved for club-business or emergencies, from what someone told her, but no one seemed too keen to stop her from putting them to use. She carried the other end of the cord of lights she was holding as far as they could reach and set to finding the most opportune spot to place them. She was almost finished with the Student Union and planned to take what she had left to the library. It wasn’t a perfect fix, but it would mean people could come to a place that had SOME light when the sun went down, and that was a good enough cause for her. “Hope no one’s afraid of the dark,” she mumbled to herself, as she shuffled the box of lights over to the next space that needed brightening.
