huh. if Melina was automatically an Empyrean as a result of parthenogenesis in Marika/Radagon, but also automatically cursed like Miquella/Malenia (and Messmer with the Abyssal Snake), then the fact that she cast away her Empyrean body when she burned the first time could explain why she doesn't seem affected by anything in the game. it's the same as Miquella casting away his Empyrean flesh and returning in adult form as a divine spirit, whatever curse was gnawing at her is no longer there

Given how shitty MYH is, I can't even take this for granted about "who" the eff Metodey was, and "who" hired him, if it was Uncle or Flamey.

But well, given his voiced lines, for FEH at least, dude knows pretty well who he is working for - I mean he has lines recognising Flamey's alter ego, but none about the other scions of Adrestia like Ferdie or Linhardt?
