This text seems to be directly from the person (I’ll refer to them as “Antagonist” for now) who took a piece of the Core that floats above the lobby.
This also implies that Antagonist is the one who’s summoning the countless waves of monsters.
Along with the tidbits of the games antagonist, we also have mentions of the sun and moon, who have smiling and scowling faces respectfully.
It seems Antagonist wants the moon to smile and the sun to scowl. It is currently unknown what this could imply, perhaps Antagonist wants to plunge the world into darkness and chaos? Deltarune style???
