Thursday night, after travelling 14 hours back home, I received an e-mail inviting me to enter a contest to win a chance to Skype with Ed Sheeran backstage to the 2014 MMVAs. I never thought I'd ever have a chance at this since I've never won anything in my life before, but on Friday morning I received an e-mail stating I was a finalist (like W H A T) and around 10:15 this morning, I was woken up by Warner Music confirming that I was indeed the lucky winner (H O L Y C R A P). I was (and still am) so jet lagged that I totally forgot what PM stood for so I was NOT ready to receive this call. So please excuse my bed hair and pyjamas, haha.
I still can't believe this happened. Ed is by far one of the most genuine and kind guy out there, and I am so lucky to have had the chance to chat with him for a while! Skype failed us so there will be two parts (this is part 2) and no, Ed was not sideways when we chatted; this is only the result of the recording app I downloaded earlier!

so i met Lorde today during her sound check in toronto. also saw imagine dragons and sam roberts band rehearse! x
