self care is rereading your Home series and that's exactly what i did! I was tearing up by the time I got to the wedding fic. i just love this series so much and it's definitely my favorite klance fic(s) of all time!

Or your birthday request. I really love your Home series. The way Keith and Lance love and support each other throughout each story especially on the part of Lance when he is so accepting of Keith after his ears become Galra. I have read this series so many times and its better than most books I have read.

I definitely think of support as a top descriptor for Keith and Lance in the Home series and I love that you included that feature as a favorite. I’ve been blessed with many people who have told me they reread that series, but I’ve never had someone flat out say its better than most books they’ve read. What a sweet birthday present! ok so it's really difficult to narrow down bc i literally love every line and every moment of your stories. but one that has always stuck with me is from the home series (from the first fic) when lance basically challenges Antok. and also a couple scenes later with Antok having said Keith chose his mate wisely. idk that scene has always stayed with me; it's so beautiful and so klance. and HAPPY BDAY

Keith learning a bit about natural Galra instincts was a bit of a guilty pleasure just to give the boy some heritage. This story was written in response to S2, so obviously before any real Galra heritage reveals — not that the show gave us much anyway — and it is fun to know that that part was appreciated and became a favorite.

'make me your home' is my fav, it's very sweet!

My “how do I fix season 2, give Keith Galra ears, and add in Klance?” fic :D I was just saying that I’d like to reread that one myself one day soon. Its got a bit of angst in there (mostly thanks to S2 itself) but it also has flirting and direct communication and space puppies and @suitboxers amazing artwork.

I still get a little overwhelmed when I see the kudos count on that sucker (I know its a dumb question, but how is it possible that that many people have read that story?) I also still get a little teary-eyed when someone tells me they reread that story or that series all the time. It is a good feeling to know I’ve got something like that out in the world that people can turn to for a smile.

I’ve reread your Home series more than anything. It’s definitely my favorite story about the Earth reunion. Space cat is the best cat.

This comment just means the world to me :) Not only that you like the series enough to re-read it (comments like that always get me all sappy), but that you especially enjoy that Earth reunion, because I still clearly remember agonizing over that story (thankfully @thisgirlhastales and @suitboxers were both right there pushing me forward before I scrapped the whole thing). Maybe its because I’m such a fan of fluff but knew that that particular story required some hard-hitting, real life reactions from Lance’s family? Seriously, even though its been a while since I wrote it, I’m clearly able to adequately ramble about it…

So I’m gonna stop and agree with you that space cat is the best cat :D
