Mystic Messenger Fluff Week Day 4: Accomplishments

Yoosia Day 4: Being brave
To be entirely honest, Yoosung has been sitting in front of his phone and stared at the number on the top of the screen rising for longer than he would like to admit at this point. It’s just… he really didn’t want to miss the moment when she hits that milestone but, now that it’s here, he’s all nervous and hesitant.
Should he really text her? Would that be weird? Will she think he’s weird? He doesn’t want her to think he is weird… But then again, maybe she already does.
Yoosung has met Cassia for the first time when he was walking in the streets around christmas, finding her trying to take a good selfie in front of the pretty christmas lights for her Finestagram. Surely every single person passing by recognized how cute and pretty she was as well, but either they were too intimidated to speak to her (like he was, at first) or too busy with christmas shopping. Whatever it was, Yoosung is grateful for it, because this way, he was the one to offer his help to her and ended up getting to know her.
As soon as he asked if she needed some help taking the photo, she beamed at him brightly and it was right then when she caused his heart to skip a beat for the first time. She accepted his help gratefully and they talked a little. Not only did Yoosung find out her name and her Finestagram nickname (to check out the picture he’s helped with later) but also that Cassia is extremely sweet and has the most heartwarming laugh he has ever heard.
After that day it only needed a few pep talks in front of the mirror for Yoosung to send her a message and they have been chatting regularly ever since. So far, he hasn’t been brave enough to ask her if she wants to meet him again…
That’s where her follower milestone comes in. He’d thought that this accomplishment would be a pretty good reason to see her again. To invite her to some coffee and cake to celebrate, you know? Now, the moment he could ask has finally come, which begs the question: Will she think he is weird for asking her if she wants to go to a cafe with him after they have only chatted a lot without really knowing each other? On the other hand, how would they get to know each other better if not by meeting up? But does she even want to get to know him better?
There are so many questions Yoosung doesn’t know the answer to, so the only thing he can do is staring at her follower count.
Wait.
That is definitely weird, isn’t it? Definitely weirder than texting her.
So… texting her it is.

I was wondering if you want to celebrate yourself and your success with me over a cup of coffee and some pastries? It’s perfectly fine if you don’t want to, of course! I’m sure you don’t need me to celebrate this milestone ^^;;
But maybe, if you’d like to, I would be happy to see you again! ^-^
He presses ‘send’ before his thoughts can get the better of him again.
Now he has to wait… Hopefully it won’t take her too long to answer, or else his nervousness might drive him to beg Seven to hack the Finestagram servers just to delete his message.
But before he can seriously consider this option, which wouldn’t have taken exactly long, there’s a promising “bing!” coming from his phone. Hectically, he grabs it and needs three attempts to unlock it with how much his hands are shaking.
Quickly, his eyes race over the message he’s got and his dorky smile grows with every word. He types in a short answer, stands up to grab his coat and leaves his apartment.
