Time for plotting

So I did a few hours of research, some major over estimation, and came up with a number. In order to get this business started, I need roughly $70,000. I could definitely do it cheaper, BUT, this is what I would need to see my vision complete in all it's glory. Tomorrow, I research what I can do, to lower that cost, and start planning the menus. I think I could probably do it for under $45,000, but I will have to take a serious look at my ideas, and see what I can simplify, and what equipment I could do with out, or get cheaper.

I have awesome ideas for simple, healthy foods. This poor little town needs my awesome home made bread, super yummy sandwiches, AMAZING salads, and totally good for you health boosting juice. It needs an almost vegetarian place, that works with local farmers, and gives back to the community, instead of sucking it dry! It needs a place that embraces the diversity of the culture, and sub cultures here, instead of trying to sweep them under an expensive, and rather ugly rug. I have something awesome to offer, and I want to bring it to life.
