I am one step closer to building every Turn A kit. This no grade Sumo is from 1999 and yeah. I'm not much of a painter myself so I'm fairly proud of my bare minimum detail job. The panel lining is dope, just like with Turn A. I wish Syd Mead could design more Gundams just so I can build them. Pretty good build for a no grade and it's not like there are any other Sumo kits so it's this guy or bust.
UNIVERSE! Finnished up this old 1/100 Gold Sumo, and it holds up surprisingly well. The joints are a bit loose and I had to paint the melee weapon, but I'm super happy with the result.

My recently built SUMO with more UV paint. I think because my UV varnish stuff is a bit think, it likes to come out as a sprinkle rather than an even cover, which I really like personally, gives it a… Night Sky look…
