So I recently transitioned to Android and it was all fun and games until one day it wasnt. I think I have a virus? I didn't even know that was possible, cause blackberrys can be shitty but they're safe.

My problem is... I keep receiving blank messages. I just get the 'you have 1 new message' (and it's gramatically weird in portuguese btw which is why i think it's a virus) and when i click there's just that 'you have 1 (or even 4 sometimes) new message'.

Also i'm being charged 1 real (2 dollars or something) DAILY, for no apparent reason. I have called my carrier and they said i activated an interactivity line, like those horoscope shitty things? BUT I DIDN'T. I didn't do anything (except for that one time i tried listening to a voice mail and couldn't AND I'M AWARE THERE'S A VIRUS LIKE THAT BUT IT WASN'T VIA WHATSAPP like all the sites say). They cancelled said interactivity line but i keep getting the blank messages and pretty sure once I have more credit it'll keep charging me too. ugh I don't wanna format it... and i'm not even sure that'll help.

Anyone knows what this might be? Or what I should do? PWEEZ
