Sixty thought hard on what to give Aiden for this blasted holiday. Nothing at all seemed to fit his ideal and it irritated him how difficult this truly was to offer a gift. However, he decided to attempt something more personal. Setting up a romantic dinner was only the start but the android had done something he never imagined to do for any. Just as Aiden gave him his dog tags, Sixty housed his LED in a box as a token of his most vulnerable part of himself. He entrusted it only with him.
Aiden was happy to spending time with Sixty, he was happy he was able to leave the Bureau early so he could get ready for their night together. Dressing up for the occasion he smoothed his clothes down and even Riley had a pretty bow around her collar.
“Merry Christmas darling~” he smiled as he was greeted along with a kiss that conveyed more than what words could say. Dinner was spectacular and if he wasn’t blushing the whole way through it then it was his own little secret, he was just so happy! So happy that he didn’t notice something was different with his boyfriend.
His own gift to Sixty was himself but also a key to his apartment, it was time to trust the other with a key to come and go when he pleased from his home and he wondered it wasn’t to forward.
As dinner began to wind down and they exchanged gifts, Aiden was shocked when he opened his. An LED, Sixty’s LED... he looked up in shock as he finally noticed the missing piece from his temple and Aiden held the box close. A personal gift, a piece of Sixty given to him with nothing but love. While holding the box close he moved to sit on Sixty’s lap with his legs on either side of him and hugged him tightly, his face buried into his neck.
“Thank you... I love you, I love you.”
