this boy acts so much like a cat it’s insane
he’s antisocial to pretty much everyone he doesn’t know well and that’s already kinda a cat thing
he muttered “wait lemme look at my list of reasons he’s a cat” (...yes, he has a whole list. thank me for it.) -bakugo
he always demands attention at the most inconvenient times. like when kirishima’s playing a game or something, he’ll just crawl up, shove his head through his arms, and sit on his lap
kirishima is indifferent, and acts like this is a regular occurrence, which it is.
one time he was feeling extra touch starved, so he sought out kirishima in the common room then he just. dropped onto him and said “give me attention” in a growly/whiny voice
on the physical affection thing, another habit i think he’d have is the face nuzzle thing
you know the one, where cats push their face against your hand or leg or face or something
once he feels like he won’t be judged for it, he’ll rub his face on kirishima’s chest, neck, hand, face, hair, whatever
the first time he does it, kirishima coos and awws at him, and he giggles in surprise because he expected kirishima to think it’s at least a bit weird
...then he gets like 10x more aggressive with it because he knows kirishima thinks it’s cute
hes also SO warmth seeking. you can’t tell me otherwise.
first it’s hot drinks, his winter suit, fluffy blankets
but one day... the class catches him napping in the sunlight
cute little smile on his face, totally blissed out and kinda glowy cause of the sun on his face
then everyone forgets hes an angry murder machine for a bit
once he discovers kirishima’s also warm, there’s no turning back.
constant cuddles.
he also likes it when kirishima’s shirt is off, so he can feel the heat radiating off him
he always relaxes against him with a little sigh, or a mumbled “mm.. warm...”
if someone he trusts (...kirishima) runs a hand over his arm, back, and chest, or plays with his hair, he’ll make a contented humming noise
...almost like purring
he’ll make that noise whenever he feels happy, safe, and warm, and hes getting affection.
so in conclusion, katsuki is actually a cat.
