Welcome to the whump community! Seeing someone else who likes mock execution fics is a lil rare for me. Do you have any you recommend?

Hi! Mock execution is one of my all time favorite tropes and i'm always on the lookout for more fics that include it.

I know knivestothroats has two great ones in their series In the Woods Somewhere, here and here. I also really like the one spookyboywhump did here

When I get posting my writing I'll probably also have some mock execution pieces!

In military projects do you known of staged executions? Like where a child is dragged by people dressed in miltary type clothes and gear, and held by them or restrained, and they pretend like their gonna shoot the child?

Mock executions are used in programming as the fear of death leads to extreme helplessness, and total control of life and death to the programmers.

I was literally also just gonna send you an ask being like oooh mock executions? And saw someone had already done it. I personally really enjoy like, making them kneel and putting a gun to their head and getting them all ready to die and then n a h just kidding. Or slow hanging but letting them down before they suffocate. Or making them start walking away from you thinking you’re going to shoot them but then…. Nothing happens! Thoughts? -S

Yes! I love when they have the gun to their head and pull the trigger and the gun is empty. Or full of blanks. Or they move the gun at the last moment. I also really love suffocating or holding a knife to their throat ...
