I love how honeys capture the essence of these botanicals. 🌱 We have rose, lemonbalm, catnip and Douglas fir blends infusing rig now. Our process: 1) Handpick at tender perfection on our farm 2)rinse, dry and heat treat at 165 for 5 minutes for safety 3) cover with raw northwest honey and infuse at 95 degrees for 3 days in the dehydrator, flipping the jars every day (to keep the raw honey flowing) 4) store in the cool dark for 4 weeks, flipping every week 5) add a spoon to hot water for a taste of spring!
