So, Rahman had the same as yesterday so didn't take a phoe - boring, but healthy-ish. Joe had half a cupcake because he got to Amazingstoke late and to see Dara O'Brien . That kind of dinner couldn't give Joe enough energy for the night up so i hope he didn't heckle Dara as I'm sure the experienced showman would have really mocked the weak.
