Regarding to Information about Scores

Hello everyone! I hope you all are having a great day. This post will be regarding to artists/merch artists who are interested in learning about their scores for their particular application. I would like to inform you all that we are receiving all of your emails and all of your personal messages. We are keeping track of everyone’s request and we will return back to you as soon as we can. Our current top priority is announcing our writers. Once that is done, we will be reaching back to each one of your requests and we will provide our input! Please do not fear if you haven’t gotten a respond yet. You will. So, you do not have to worry about it. Thank you all!

hiya! Same anon who recently asked about writer’s applications. I’m glad you replied in such a reassuring and nice way! I wish you guys luck during the upcoming con and I appreciate all that you guys do for us. 😁

Hello dear anon! No problem at all. You are more than welcome. Thank you so much. We will be doing our best for all of you guys. To give a small update, we are more than half way done with the judging. Among 3 of us, 2 of the mods have already finished judging all the writers. In addition to that, we are really excited for the con and it is going be really fun! If any of you are attending to ALA, mods will be there! We are also planning to cosplay from BnHA. I personally will be cosplaying Katsuki! So feel free to bother any Katsuki that you see and ask whether they are Mod Amily or not XD I also wish you luck and I hope results will work for your favor. Hi, have you sent out all the emails for writers already? I haven’t got one yet, does that mean I’ve been rejected? I’m just wondering, I’d like to be updated at the very least

Hello Anon, we have recently responded to a similar ask today. If you scroll down on our zine page, you would have seen it.

Nevertheless, to restate ourselves again, we have been busy with getting the artists settled down, so we are still currently judging writers. For sure, we will have to get their emails out no later than Thursday because we will be attending to a con during this upcoming weekend. As a result, we will be away from the blog for a bit. When we finish judging writers, we will make an public announcement so keep your eyes peeled for that! It will be similar to the one we made for artists/merch artists. 

Long story short, no, we haven’t sent out any emails for writers. We have never mentioned anything regarding to that. We will be updating people who are rejected, waitlisted and accepted once we send out all the emails. Once again, we are planning to have all emails out no later that Thursday. If you don’t see our public announcement, that means that we still haven’t finished the judging yet and we haven’t sent out the emails yet.

Sorry for the wait lovely anon, and please be patient. We are pretty packed and we are doing our best to get the results out as soon as we can. However, we still need a little bit more time. Thanks for understanding.

Ahh, thank you so much! Honestly we are just doing the best we can. Ever since the school started, us, mods had been much more busier. There are times where we run into difficulties and we are just trying to overcome them as much as we can! We really care a lot for this project. Heads up for the future, mass emails like that are a bit unprofessional.

Hello anon! We have explained in our tumblr announcement, but unfortunately, we had been having so many issues with bbc emails. Gmail have treated all our bcc mass emails from our [email protected] account as ‘spam’ and no matter what we have tried, all the emails kept on getting ‘blocked’. We have looked up online for additional help and the solutions that google help page has provided was either to remove bcc function, or wait 24 to 48 hours and try again. However, when you try again, they do not provide the confirmation that whether the emails will work for sure or not. Another thing that I read explained that free gmail account isn’t suitable for mass bcc emails, that’s why they get treated as spam. Due to all those reasons stated above, we ended up using my personal email to send out the result and we had to remove bcc function. We are aware that it is unprofessional and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that it may have caused. However, we couldn’t make the technology work in our favor. And truth to be told, we have spent more than 7 hours on emails yesterday and during our exhausted state, this is the only solution we could ever find. Once again, we are sorry about that. But please understand that we are running against time and we wanted to get results on time one way or another. I hope you understand. Thank you!

Url, do you mean portfolio link?

No anon, not your portfolio link… You can send us your social media url, or in other words your social media name that your have submitted in your application form. We need a way to identify you so we can pull up your application form and your scores. Unfortunately, unless your portfolio has your name on it (like a tumblr page or deviantart page), we can not match your portfolio to your application form from memory. I hope this clarifies it.
