EDIT: right there is one qualification that i think is kind of important and that’s the ability to spot and deal with trolls. i’d rather not see trolls slip through the cracks and get posted as if theyre serious. im not gonna like, test you on it lmao, but keep that in mind if you want to take over this blog cause there is a Lot of trolling on an otherkin blog with this many followers
