i dont really find it funny at all actually

lots of mediocre part and texture choices/edits, which unfortunately can be passed off as “stylistic” since it’s a funny wunny make-fun-of-people model

Hello! I was wondering if I can get a review about my models, I'm TetsuKuroShi in DA. I'm still new making them so they're nothing spectacular, but I want to know if is anything I can improve. Thanks in advance~

i like your models! i don’t know how long you’ve been doing this but it’s pretty nice. the only things i’d say is..

try to edit the feet a little bit more to fit them into the shoe better

either edit the tda faces more or try to get used to another face (more of an opinion)

other than that, i like them!

thoughts on okkaruto?

far from someone i’d like. very basic tda edits that look like any other tda edit you see. their last two or three art pieces are nice, but its a shame that they waste their talent by using far-from-unique tda models. they also seem to be good at actually editing models, but again, they waste it on tda.

any other mods wanna chip in

this is a cute oc! i like her little elf ears even though you can’t see them very well.

my main critique is the hair. it’s a nice hair edit, but the texture is a little bleh. the main problem with it is the fact that it’s shaded with black- a problem you’re guaranteed to encounter if you do something like make the texture black and white and give it an overlay.

honestly, my textures are just solid colors! i know that’s how mod meiko does hers, too. you can make a square of the color you want your hair to be and add depth to it with a spa and a toon.

another thing that bothers me with this model is the dress. this dress has been used countless times in the mmd community. mainly for bad tda headswaps. i like the dress, it’s just that it’s so overused that it’s given itself a bad name. 

my last point is the leggings. you should do more with the texture rather than just darken it. for example, you could do fishnets, or raise the saturation on the texture to give it a nicer brown.

overall, this is a cute oc and this model has potential! as a conclusion i’d recommend trying a new way to do textures or maybe finding a nice edit online that doesn’t look dull around the shaded areas as well as considering another dress. there are a lot of other dresses that haven’t been used for bad edits and haven’t been given a bad rep!

edit: after writing this i realize my point about the dress was slightly opinionated. i apologize!
