Demons in the Mod Eater universe aren't enemies, just another type of sentient. One of the things they're most famous for is mining operations, in which they share a fierce rivalry with the Dwarves, especially after the invention of the Hellevator digging system allowed Demoncorp to become the industrial leader on Hellstone extraction.

Hey so I'm sure some of you are waiting for more news about Mod Eater well don't worry because more adventures with Vork Marinara, intergalactic barbarian and skateboarder, will be coming soon. In fact, I'm currently working hard on a script for a comic, where he meets this totally bodacious robot chick and has to do a bunch of wicked hoop dunks in order to get her to give him a phone number that ends up being fake. In the next appearence after that, him and the rest of his band will be captured by yharim, godseeker tyrant, and known hater of nu-metal! so stay tuned, lots of exciting stuff in the popeline!

in this contemporary year of 2003 I really think shithead teenage boys are an underserved demographic, so I'm glad I can work to give them more media catered to them

MOD EATER PIRATE! THE FINAL MOD EATER NPC! Captain Haley Bullywort, the feared dread pirate who's crew of ghouls and ghosts sails the ocean in-between planes on the frightful starship Galloween!

One of the most wanted star-pirates in the universe, Bullywort and his crew are responsible for sacking ships belonging to quite a few powerful people, but his high bounty belies the fact that he carries himself with a jolly and showman-like manner, and mainly targets particularly opulent-looking ships.

Ships like the Hyperlight Alice.

Captain Bullywort and his crew attempted to take the ship in an attack of opportunity, but found themselves on the receiving end of a beatdown from the ship's violent inhabitants. Bullywort himself was reduced to a severed jack o' lantern by Vix... but the pirates ended up being spared due to Vix considering the fight enjoyable and honorable.

Vix tried to coerce the candlelit captain to join the Alice's crew, because she thought he was cool, but while he greatly wanted to accept, in the end, his role as captain of his existing crew was more important.

But, due to their honorable duel and sparked friendship, Vix and Bullywort traded contact info. Even if he doesn't live on the Alice, he's an interesting thing out in the universe, and just maybe, he'll be a useful emergency contact someday!

Well, I guess I've finished all of the Terraria NPC's.

I started doing these at the beginning of this year, and in the time it took to finish all of them, we got episode one of mod eater out, and the next episode on it's way.

It's been a hell of a year, but I want to deeply thank everyone who's paid any attention to this project, and especially thank the Terraria community here on Tumblr. You're all wonderful artists and lovely people, and heading into the new year, I hope to be able to share lots more art with you all, and maybe even make proper friends instead of just living in my hermitous art cave. Is there a Tumblrarria discord?

Eh, whatever~. The thank you is the important part. And I really mean it. Thank you all, for being willing to care about my designs, my writing, and my weird remix of Terraria. It feels wonderful to see people genuinely enjoy my creative work~.
