Athletes will be doing a pizza party with some fans from 1:00-2:30 inside the venues mess hall. Pizza will be provided, along with soda and other non-alcoholic drinks. Every athlete is required to attend and interact with the fans. You will be in a casual setting, taking selfies and talking and being able to give those fans special one on one time with them. There is only a total of 50 fans so each one of you will be able to spend quality time with all of them.

Actors and YouTubers will be combined for today. You will have a Q&A panel followed by a photo op for the fans from 3:00-3:30.There will be time for each fan to get a moment with you during the photo op for pictures and hugs and a few quick words, but it should move fairly quickly. Each actor (or YouTuber) has a little set set up for backdrop photos. (ie: stranger things have a stranger things backdrop with props from the movie, riverdale has riverdale setups with props from the movie etc. YouTubers have a youtube setup). Be sure to answer questions honestly and make the most out of your time.

All photographers will be filming the sets on Stage 1 today! Be sure to take pictures of bands on that setlist! Interact and talk with the band members in order to figure out best photo ops and angles.

Makeup/hair stylists/tattoo artists will be set up at the Sephora tent and doing makeovers for people. Tattoo artists will be doing airbrush temporary tattoos. Each artist is needed to work a minimum of 4 hours at the tent today, you can all talk and plan which four hours you pick!

Producers will be offering master classes today to 10 fans where they will sit down and discuss what its like in the industry and walk through the process of making a song. A master class is 1 hour long and there is only 1 scheduled for the day from 5:00-6:00 pm.

Food will be available in the mess hall for all of tour (EXCLUDING THE PIZZA PARTY TIME). It works like a buffet and will be offered all day. Mess hall closes at 9pm. You do not have to eat there but it is offered for those who chose to eat there. Vegan and vegetarian options will be there!

Childcare is also available from 11 am to 11 pm as an available option if need be!

Sidenote from Mod El as a Fest add-on. With so many little ones around and parents busy, working it’s a little tough to shuffle around child care. So child care services and a quiet spot during the day is offered and in the evening if need be!
