That woody that keeps stalking you originated from toby fox tumblr shitpost thing, the DELTARUNE fandom just twisted it into it's own character
Woody Theory unfortunately never came true, but it appears he doesn't really care, just ignore him for awhile, he'll eventually go away
If he doesn't, then.. I don't know, either way; good luck dealing with him!

fun fact, little ol me isn't a fan of the deltarune/ undertale stuff! I did look into it a bit and saw some deltarune and some woody theory but I'm not sure what it is.
