Hi I'm mtf my birth name was Giordan and I always hated it so I repurposed that as a last name Giorgia. Currently I really like the name Kye short for Kyler but I want to see if there's anything else I can relate to before I make a permanent decision. I want something very gender neutral and I tend to like names that I can use a nickname for. I also really like color nature and space themed names but those aren't strict requirements.

-Skylar: has a similar sound to Kyler but is more feminine, can be shortened to Sky(e)-Andromeda: the name of a galaxy, can be shortened to Andie/Andy-Abilene: the hebrew word for ‘meadow’, can be shortened to Abi-Indigo: a deep, blueish-purple colour, can be shortened to Indy-Kestrel: not much nickname potential, but is the name of a type of bird of prey, and also just sounds really damn cool

i have been calling myself corin in my head for awhile now; i like how it looks when you read it, and i like the celtic influence and meaning. but now that i’ve started using it, i’ve realized that it’s rather difficult to pronounce (esp for my partner who has a speech impediment), and a lot of people assume that it’s “corinne” instead of “COR-in.” do you have any suggestions of names that are gender neutral and have that celtic/scottish/irish influence? thanks!

One thing you could do to make it easier for people to pronounce is to spell it as either Corrin or Corinn, which means nobody will say Cor-een. As someone who actually is Scottish, I know a couple of Corrins and everyone pronounces it with a strong ‘o’ and rolled ‘r’. However, some other neutral scottish names are:

-Blair-Cameron (or Camryn, ther Americanised version)-Jamie (usually perceived as masculine)-Kade-Struan (“)-Atholl

hi, i'm a nonbinary person and i'm facing some problems with my birth name. it doesn't represent me anymore and i don't want it to. so now i'm looking for some portuguese neutral names, preferably not too short. it's kinda urgent. thank you so much for your help and support!

There aren’t many neutral names in Portuguese due to the structure of the language, but all of these can be used for any gender! I really hope one of them fits!

Hey I'm a trans guy and I can't settle on a name. My parents are adamant that I go by Connor because it was the name I would have gotten were I born a boy, but I seriously hate the name. Do you know of any masc names that have a similar vibe to Connor?

weird thing to ask but do you have any masculine names of scandinavian origin that just sound kickass or have a kickass meaning

I love this blog, and, I was wondering if you had any gender nueteral names that sound similar to, have similar meaning to, or are shortened versions of Serenity? I would rather stay away from 'S' names, or Ren, and Renni, as I have a friend named Wren, and its too confusing

some that might flow well could be:-James Gr(e/a)y-James Tate-James Quinn-James Owen

I also like the sound of ‘James Jude’ and ‘James Jasper’, although i know some people don’t like alliteration :P
