Hey, so this girl asked me out, and we've been talking for quite sometime previously but I feel like our relationship is kind of shallow? I can't bring myself to be vulnerable. I used to have a crush on her but never said anything and "moved on" about it, and I really want to go out with her in a date, but I feel like I should like her in that way first, otherwise I'm just leading her on. Am I wrong for wanting to go out without feeling something for her? I'm planning to tell her, but I feel bad

It is totally fine to go on a date with someone that you might not be completely head over heels for!! I’ve been on numerous dates with complete strangers or people that I previously just saw as an attractive friend.

I saw a post recently that was talking about how in middle school and high school people tend to build up someone in their head for months at a time, obsessing over them and placing them on a pedestal and not seeing them as another human being and how it can seem impossible when your feelings for someone are so strong that they might magically have places their “giant crush beam” at you as well. My current partner and I met by hooking up at a party and then deciding the next day that it might be nice to get dinner. Now we’ve been dating for four months. I definitely wasn’t in love with them when I was making out with them at the party (quite frankly I’d barely said more than fifteen words to them) but I am definitely in love with them now.

A date is not a commitment to a relationship. You aren’t leading her on by agreeing to go on a single date with her. Go out, have fun! See if you feel anything for her after hanging out one-on-one for a few hours and seeing her as a normal human being. And don’t stress too much about being “vulnerable” early in a relationship; that kind of mutual trust and comfort comes with time and work from both parties.

I stare in shock as all the messages begin appearing on screen. I couldn't believe the odds that when I got online, others would as well.

I quickly get over the fact, shaking my head.

I wonder if these were the kids or the original members.

My hands hover over the keyboard as I think of what to type.

"Heyo everyone. Tis Kai here. Son of Kim. Great to be here."

I sit back in my chair, watching the screen for any responses to pop up.

As I do, I call out, "Hey, Mom?!"

"Yes, dear?"

In a few moments, she's standing in my doorway, covered in what looked like sugar or something?

"Mom, why are you covered in white?"

She looks down at herself, as if realizing just now that she was.

"Oh. Guess I got a bit messy with my drugs. Just kidding, it's flour. I'm baking. So, what'd you call me for?"

I laugh then gesture to my laptop.

"I logged into your old discord account and now I'm in the infamous cuddle pile. I'm sure you remember."

Her face softens in what I assume is caused by memories. She walks over to me, and I watch as her eyes take in the new messages.

"Well it looks like the new generation is coming to take our place. I hope my friends are doing well. I haven’t talked to them in forever."

She ruffles my hair.

"I hope you have as much fun as I did on this site. Enjoy, son."

She smiles at me, and I know that she's still remembering her time on here.

I turn back to the screen and type out another message.

"If yall don't mind, could yall let yalls parents know Kim says hi? She'd appreciate it a lot"

Then I sit back to see if any replies come up.

One of my favorite jeffverse mod moment is when everyone made Wojak version of themselves for memes and giggles but since I was sleeping and didnt make a version of me in wojak, they made this craphic without me at first

Then they realize "wait Kim is missing what do we do, she hasnt made her wojak yet!" "Throw Jay merrick in there"

And it worked

also??? shoutout to mod Kim for apparently drawing over 50 pieces of art so far to upload every day on this blog???? how the hell do u have that kind of energy and time

Hello! Yes shout to me being incredibly insane. So, I have created all of the art you see in a spam of 3-4 days. Using the excel document I have done to keep track of all the characters.

I have created these pictures to post on here and also on Instagram, then all of them got a speedpaint video for my tiktok (but rrh he's punished for having made me reload my computer twice).

All of them are drafted days in advance so I just have to take 5 minutes to post them on 3 socials. Sometimes I get a rush of stress because I forgot to post a character in the morning lol.

But you know what's the worst? It's that all the 51 characters you see aren't even the complete cast of jeffverse. And for the future au there's also Mayor Kipri that I haven't designed. We are missing some jeffs and non jeffs...

Anyway thanks for the shout-out! They were fun to draw! :3
