so I have two questions, first of all are full backgrounds necessary and second are you guys going to make sure no participants are sha/adins? I know the mods are antis (as am I) but are you going to check people who apply or will you let them in as long as they don't put it in their submitted art?

A background is needed as it’ll depict the planet Keith and Lance will be in and, because we’re printing in full-color, all pieces are required to have a full, detailed background (or at least, as detailed, as the artist’s art style lets it be, so that it looks like a full, finished piece). It’s a standard zine artists requirement.
Secondly, we don’t have time to give a thorough background check on the applicants individually. However, we surely won’t be accepting people who are known for drawing/writing heavily-nsfw content.
