No, you do not need to sign up to participate in this event. This is open to everyone. 

Also, if you’re still interested and aren’t currently participating in the ongoing event, we accept late submissions. Therefore, your work will still be recognised, reblogged on Tumblr and included in the Ao3 collection.

Just a suggestion—maybe put an NSFW warning if some people's tags contain works that might be NSFW? Love the blog!

That’s a good idea. We’ll ask the spotlights in the future if they have any NSFW in their tag, then include a warning in the spotlight post itself.

so wait how do we submit an application to be featured? is there a form we have to fill out?

Nope!

Thanks to Stars, we have a giant list of fandom members that we would like to spotlight - and we still haven’t found everyone in the fandom yet.You don’t have to fill out any form, and for the moment, we would not like anyone to send us a submission saying that they would like to be a spotlight. We have a list of over 50 fandom members so far - I can guarantee anyone who thinks they might not be on it, are probably on it c:The selection process works like this,Since Stars created a big list of creators in the fandom and has listed them by number, Ayumi uses a random number generator to choose the next spotlight. Since we do two spotlights a week, we ask everyone to be patient! It will take a while for you to get featured :)[Edit] Mod Ayu here! - In case anyone did have questions regarding where the list of names are coming from, the list of fandom members is pulled from the fanwork that have been reblogged to the fanworks blog (and we are going back all the way to the beginning of the blog as well.) As the Spotlight Guidelines state, we’re looking to make sure the users on this list have at least 2 pieces they’ve created for the fandom as well. This way it’s a little fair in that regard as we’d like to feature as many as we’re able to who have made work for the fandom! =)

-ATTENTION SATAN & ME FANDOM-

This is a very new blog!! 

Here, we are going to host bi-weekly spotlights for Satan & Me fandom creators. If you make fanart, fanfiction, cosplay, videos - anything of the likes, you will most likely be featured on here eventually (under your permission)!

There are 4 mods here (Ayu, Brownie, Mea, Stars) who just want to give back to the SaM fandom and get more fanwork generating again! Q & A’s will take place with the spotlights - it’s a good way to get to know the fandom better and who’s in it.
