And realizing that you ALSO kinda want a girlfriend in the polygamous way but you don't know how to bring it up to him without it being out of the blue and so you just kinda sit there not saying anything about it 😅

Always best to bring things up if/when you're both in the mental space for it. Some things will be out of the blue either way, and I'm sure you have time for if/when you bring it up to him
