hey this is to the mods specifically

idk if you guys are even watching this blog anymore, but i noticed there has been a lot of downtime between posts. i know i sent in a rp thing on anon a few weeks back but considering how this has been slowing down, i was wondering if you two wanted to switch off the ownership of this blog so it can at least stay alive.

and if you dont want to give up this blog, maybe someone could make a sorta copy so people on tumblr can keep getting their mcyt rp pairings

what's yalls opinion on nonbinary/agender?

I think this has been discussed enough in the past few days that you can figure it out. Personally, I have no problem accepting identities that are on but not at either end of the binary gender line. I have many friends who identify as nonbinary, and none have exhibited behavior I would recognize as “transtrender” behavior. That said, I don’t deny that there must be some people who id as nb and are transtrenders. I just don’t think being nb counts as a neogender.

What Navy sounded kinda more like a, "why would you care, does it really affect you?" and kinda condescending, like it's not our business what people identify as. I mean, it's kinda true for me, I'm not trans, but I'm pretty sure most actual trans people would prefer not to be put into the same category as those made up genders. Seeing as both my friends will be forced to wait another few months or even years is horrible. And I really hope they won't do some stupid decisions because of it.

Being “pretty sure” what other people feel is meaningless, however.

Have you considered that not all gnc individuals seek hormone therapy? Or that it may also be frustrating for them that medical professionals don’t consider them “actually trans” despite experiencing dysphoria?

I just try to be considerate to everyone. I hate demonizing. If someone isn’t being cruel or malicious I see no reason to accuse them of destroying the lives of others.

Anyway, I’m done responding to anons. I’ll be happy to discuss this further with anyone who’s willing to do so in private. Anonymous asks make for terrible conversation conditions.

You know Navy, no, it doesn't affect allot of people directly if someone identifies as a special snowflake gender... I mean, besides all the real trans people who get ridiculed, called fake, get harassed when they state that that shit is literally just made up for attention. Same with sexualities, it of course doesn't hurt people, I mean, it's just that more an more people see actual LGBTs as joke and fakers because all those special snowflakes claim that genderfluid, demisexual, etc is valid

So you’re claiming that people who identify as agender or gender fluid are transtrenders? Because that’s what I was referring to. I don’t agree with neogenders, but I do believe that gender is a spectrum and some people fall outside of the two neat boxes of “male” and “female”.

Many agender, bigender and genderfluid people experience dysphoria. Can you say they’re not valid? Because they are, by the definition we generally use for transgenderism.

I feel like you’re extrapolating a lot here. Take a breath, my friend.
