Hey, guys! After a long wait, the next Waddle Dee Appreciation Weekend will be this month on the 16th through the 17th (next weekend)!! And, in honor of LGBTA+ Pride Month, an optional theme for this WDAW will be Waddle Dee Pride!

Do you have any LGBTA+ headcanons for your favorite Waddle Dees? Any LGBTA+ Waddle Dee ocs you want to give the spotlight? Just want to draw Waddle Dees in palettes from pride flags? Have any other ideas on how to celebrate Pride Month with Waddle Dees? This is the WDAW to show them all off! (Of course, any month would be good to show off Waddle Dee ocs, anyways.)

Okay. I apologize for my... less than professional behavior. This situation has escalated to a point where I did not expect it to go, and I sincerely regret it. This has been and always will be a blog for appreciating Waddle Dees, and nothing more. I should not have made light of a subject as serious as this. I will find whoever has been going around on here as “Mod Wapod” again and put a stop to their antics. Praise Waddle Dees.

Iiiiit’s October! That means it’s time to announce when the next WDAW is! The theme for this one is scaaaaary costumes and wapods, and will be on the weekend after Friday the 13th (the 14-15th)! Only fitting, after all, considering that Fridays the 13ths are some of the scariest days of the year! And we can’t have it be the weekend after Halloween, considering that October would be over!
