Rubix's Prompt Ideas: New Year and Hijinks

Wasn't able to do one yesterday so you guys get two today.

New Year I think is pretty fun. It's common to kiss when the clock strikes midnight! How would our couple celebrate? Are they at a party, or do they stay home cuddled up? New Year's is also a family holiday in Japan. That is, if I remember correctly. Family is an important theme, especially with Kirigiri. You could use that to your advantage.

I also think fireworks would be nice to put in there. Or they're at a shrine for the new year. Lots of options for sure.

Now for Hijinks, I love this word. What silly antics would Naegi and Kirigiri get into? I could see this happening a lot if theyre investigating a case. Do they have to pretend to be a couple and things go crazy as they have to prove they actually are? Are they on a date and Naegi's special brand of luck kicks in? What about their classmates trying to push them together and seemingly failing at every attempt?

This is meant to be fun and silly so definitely have a good time with it.

Rubix's Prompt Ideas: Nature

Of course it's time for a nature walk if you'd like. Our couple could go hiking in the mountains for leisure? Perhaps it's for a case? A school trip? This has me thinking about outdoor hot springs..ahhh so nice.

For nature we also have four seasons to enjoy. Enjoying the winter atmosphere? Spring fever? Autumn leaves? Looking at aquatic life scuuba diving in the ocean?

Have them relax, out for a case, a school trip, or something I can't think of just yet. Enjoy the outdoors!

Rubix's Prompt Ideas: Outfit

This is a fun prompt (I'm gonna keep saying that, aren't I?). I'll admit my knowledge of fashion is very lacking. Throw a tshirt and jeans on me and I'm good. But we wanna be creative here.

Matching outfits are perfectly silly for a couple. Are they out on the town wearing dazzling outfits with the same colors? What about matching detective uniforms? You could even do those silly shirts like the "if lost, please return to..." ones. If you really want to be funny, dress them like they're on the cover for a Hallmark Christmas movie!

If you dont wanna do matching outfits, perhaps the classic outfit swap is your way to go! Design their main outfits to match their aesthetic! Or put them in their usual clothes, I don't mind.

Maybe Kirigiri has a beautiful dress on and Naegi is stunned? Vice versa?

I really could go on with ideas. For those not fashion savvy like me, hope this helped!

Rubix's Prompt Ideas: Meetcute

First just wanna say sorry for being incredibly radio silent for so long. With everything going on, I blinked and suddenly Eon was in my DMs talking about Naegiri Week. I'm gonna pump out these prompt ideas quickly so people can get to work ASAP.

For anybody who may not know what a meetcute is, this is when the couple meets for the first time in a cute way. It can also be a funny, or even awkward moment if you wish.

This is perfect for an AU prompt. Perhaps its time for that coffeehouse AU? Heck, you could recreate the beginning scene in 101 Dalmations where Pongo and Perdita intertwined their owner's with their leashes. You can put Naegi's special luck in effect where he is late, trips and falls right into Kirigiri's arms.

If AUs aren't your thing, you can go the route of how they might have first met on their first day at Hope's Peak. Kirigiri did do some snooping around, so maybe that's how they officially met?

I think this is a great prompt for day 1. Definitely a nice warmup and start.
