Stretch daily! Arms, legs, hips, shoulders, and back! See if you can feel your wings enough to stretch em too!
Take showers/baths with lots of bubbles.
Drink plenty! Hydration is important, even for angels. If you can't motivate yourself to drink water, sweet drinks like tea, juice, and hot chocolate always comfort me in angel shifts!
