I"m going to update more chapters today and with the announcement of the 1.8 pre-release I'd really like to get to the new content I have planned. Wish me luck!

Life and Minecraft Update

Back form ALA and an was it fun!  would have been even better if all our friends could be there but hey it was still cool having your somewhat cosplay being recognized!  there was even a Male Kotetsu cosplayer which I adored.

On a different note some of you may know i'm a Moderator on Ancient Shores (ancientshores.com) now i MOderate on a SECOND server called Monarchcraft (http://monarchcraft.tk/home).  this server is still pretty new it's website and player areas are still being built.  one of its owners is a former Mod from AS and i was brought ton to help build up their spawn (nearly all buildings in the spawn are made by me at the moment.)

It has Factions so if you love PVP and cant get enough, i'd suggest giving us a looksie.

Skyping with the Animator

So last night I finally got to talk with Moonlight63 about the project and we both received interesting feedback.  we talked about how we would build the world he would animate in, create terrain, handle the action (the episodes would be movies about with Henri would eventually be writing) adn rigs. 

We agreed that my stylized Endermen wouldn't fit well in the minecraft world but hints of it can be rendered out like how the feet and hands will move as well as Moonlights way to have them express emotion (did you see it in the rounded rig shots?)

what we have decided on and agree about is as follows:

 - Rendered in HD for best quality so that the world is detailed and beautifully immersive

 - Expressive Enderman Faces, those drop jaws of theirs aren't meant for talking.

 - Detailed and complex Steve rig so we can get some wonderful expressions on the human characters faces (especially as Henri tries to speak the Enderman language) and hands that can execute the same subtie movements as a real hand.

 - Worked on a straightening out some concepts that wernt communicated out wellin the story notably chapters 34-36 where it appeared confusing. (Herobrine attacked TWICE, once to scare the clan deep into the caves and again to kill Henri.)

 - Talked about effects that would be difficult to render and tried to fidn a way to get a desired effect

 - SPOILERS mentioned so he can make plans accordingly as animators like knowing what they are getting into.

We will speak again when work and his school allows it but i thought i'd update everyone on the progress of The Secret Lives of Enderman  animated series.

RP worries for a Mod

I follow enough blogs that RP so I know I CAN rp with some of the characters I've come to love here only thing is I have some foolish pride as a roleplayer myself and I don't want to present something boring or an already done situation to the people I want to rp with. 

Between wanting to rp with these awesome people and not wanting to look bad I just end up sitting here doing nothing while reading their RP'S with others and wishing I had the courage to ask them to do the same with me OR that i had characters interesting enough that people wanted to ask me to rp with them.  I really need to grow a spine in this regard or nothing will happen ever.

Look how time flies.

Hard to believe that the story blog is almost two months old, just a tad older actually.  It's come a long way too, and with it this blog changed from being something I did when i was bored out of my mind to something I eagerly waited to see updates on.

I'd still like t thank the Anon that suggested i draw the events of chapters 34 - 36 as a comic, it's been great fun delving into my mind and exposing my alternate Herobrine and tormenting Henri and Sven.

I'd also like to thank everyone that's offered support through Likes, Following and Reblogging, I may not come to your blogs and say it but please know your support is very much appreciated. I will continue to provide content that  hope you will all enjoy and I gladly accept suggestions for story content, cameo requests, and if you wanna RP please feel free to on my mod blog, I am a Roleplayer after all, and i miss it.

Well that took a while...

Updated some things, tried to get Pages to work. and a ton of other little updates. Question now is, my beloved watchers, are there any other improvements that you think should be made so this blog can look as professional and fun ad possible?

Oops I've neglected something rather important in the Minecraft world!   One cannot ignore desert and jungle temples, after all WHO KNOWS WHAT SECRETS THEY HOLD.
