I apologize for how long this took! I hope this is satisfactory.
Shinguuji is not an easy man to fluster with words.
He gets pleasantly surprised by compliments as he doesn't receive them often.
And he gets fairly flattered whenever you demonstrate that you've been listening to him.
But neither of those truly fluster him.
What does fluster him is simple physical contact.
Rest your head against his shoulder and he gets so bothered.
He would move you but you look so comfortable
He'd felt something akin to guilt.
So he is trapped while flustered and painfully aware of your body heat for the next thirty minutes.
How on Earth do you fluster Rantarou Amami?!
He's so chill about everything that you're honestly starting to think it's impossible.
But when you casually asked him where he got his nails done
That's when he meekly says that he did them himself.
When you ask if he can do yours
He stutters and asks if you're sure
You later find that similar compliments about his aesthetic also do this to him.
Are you kidding?! This was his weakness?!
He told you this fact about him in confidence:
His neck is super sensitive.
He did not expect you to use this information for evil.
He was teasing you when you needed something.
So you just slipped your hand under his scarf
And ever so gently slid your finger down his neck.
He's frozen in place and blushing.
You've broken the poor boy.
He was in the middle of doing something when you slid up beside him.
There is a visible shiver down his spine.
Now, you've never seen him flustered.
But rest assured, you have done it before.
It's usually when you cuddle him in your sleep.
He gets so confused and so conflicted
This is nice, but no, he is supposed to be the big spoon
He will never admit to liking it nor admit to leaning into the cuddle.
He loves when you ask him questions, really
But when you pile them onto him like this
He can't answer them all at once!
He loves your enthusiasm but please, one question at a time!
When he finally gets to hear them separately...

Gonta gets easily flustered when you call him cute.

Just tell him he's valued and loved, honestly.

You drown out his self-deprecation with more sincere expressions of love.
He doesn't really know how to process it.
Finally, he pulls down his beanie and reluctantly accepts it.
