are you guys still working on the game or? it's been almost 7 months since the last update, if you guys are discontinuing it you should at least post a status that says it.. you're giving me false hope ;//

Hi I don’t answer a lot of questions on this blog, I typically leave that stuff to Cg, but I wanted to address this one because it’s something Ceeg and I have talked about quite a bit privately but we’ve never announced publicly. The game is some-what on hold at the moment for various personal reasons. Right now I’m on a waiting list for a daily mental health program, and I’ve been in and out of hospitals and clinics for mental and physical health issues. So it’s just beyond my means to put full time effort into this project at this point in time. 

That being said we both love our characters, this blog, and this project, and the support from the community has been Astonishing to both of us and we are really really grateful to everyone who’s been interacting with this blog and playing our game. We have full intentions to finish it, and to come out with a new demo for you all.

 Life has just been very hard on both of us and so tl;dr progress may be on hold but we still have a story to tell and it will be told.

Will the final game be more point and click adventure or will it still use those bars that tell you what you can do?

I’m actually working on going through and making all the interactions more point and click right now! A lot of those bars are gonna be replaced by cross-hairs like these:

That turn purple when you mouse over them. 

Chatting with characters will also be a bit different in the next demo, we have some speech bubble icons that’ll let you know when characters have new things to say. The goal right now is getting rid of all the “basic renpy” looking stuff and adding our own flavor to the UI!

What instrument does everyone play? If they play any at all.

Eri is well practiced in more than a few instruments, violin is her main, but she can play guitar, cello, and piano too, and flute if she has enough time to warm up.

Yorua is self taught in piano, and studied a great deal about piano maintenance and care, so she could tune it herself.

Yuuto played clarinet in middle school.

Ari learned to play the ocarina for a cosplay.

Akihiko was the hyper kid they put on percussion in middle school, and it turns out he kinda had a knack for it. 

Hisato used to play the french horn but hasn’t touched one in years. 

Bee Gee is a natural at bass guitar.

i love hearing bloopers, so if any of the voice actorss have them, it would be really amusing to hear the voices behind the voices!

Oh we have a plan for all the bloopers so don’t you worry B)
