I have a theory about the Among us show...but spoilers as always...

again if you haven't seen it (though I doubt anyone will see this post) GO AWAY

I think Green was an imposter the entire time and Orange was infected.

I know it's a pretty popular and...well easy to contradict theory for Orange to have been an imposter the entire time despite them saying they loved salt.

But it makes more sense for Green to have been other than the "only one broken ore+ and one of the imposter larvae being seen" and the first part? The worms. Green is obsessed with worms, even when their act dropped they specifically said that Orange "couldn't kill a sunbaked worm" The imposters look similar to worms in their true forms (other than the shapes they take), the same stereotypical pink and slime and overall tendrils.

If Green's worm farm was actually a nursery for eggs that would make more sense. As well as Green outright saying they hated competition...the worm farm could have just been the same planet where the reactor incident happened or an entirely different one FULL of crewmates. It was stated nobody died on that incident so it would make sense for there being some abandoned crew and the possibility for the imposters to eat the remaining population and compete for food.

It also would help with story building since they killed White even though it didn't seem like there was enough time between the holes being patched and the party to do so, and it seems like only after Lime was murdered they figured out how to detach from their host, on a planet with only other imposters they wouldn't need to detach from the host.

ok but if they are, you know, in on the faking doctor bunn’s death thing together and tan uses that moment to first tell him he loves him i want bunn to give him absolute shit for it afterwards; just drag his dramatic ass and never let him live it down

I have no idea about the novel but I'm calling it: It's Pued!

He really is all kinds of suspicious. He gives off a weird vibe I’m totally with you on that.

My theory about Vim is that it's a nutrient the Shroobs need to live. Like, they used to be able to survive on their planet, but something happened, maybe a virus, that made it so Shroobs couldn't make vim. They had to harvest it from the planet to survive, eventually killing it.

My personal theory (somewhat similar, Vim is important for the Shroobs) is the Shroob’s desire for Vim did lead to the Planet’s death, but that that planet wasn’t the first time it happened.

I think what the Shroobs did in an attempt to establish themselves in the Mushroom Kingdom is what they did in the previous planet. In other words, Earth was gonna inevitably suffer the same fate as previous planet.

The Shroobs are a nomad species, hoping from planet to planet. That’s my headcanon.

at what point are we going to discuss the fact that oat might have a crush on doctor bunn or at the very least is eager to be close with him and doctor bunn keeps dismissing him and the meta knowledge that the actor has been involved with too much of the show’s promotion to not eventually play a more important role in the end...?

me hyper vigilant on anything captain gun does in any scene now that i’m 99% sure he’s the one that killed pat:

for those so confused by tan’s family tree; we all are we are just pretending to understand anything because it’s more fun but here’s what i’ve convinced myself of based on absolutely nothing:

- we don’t know who tan’s dad is yet but it will be one of the old rich men in town;

- both por and pued are his halfbrothers on his dads side; the ones that actively dislike him and treated his mother terribly; por is also (seemingly) the head or very high up in the mafia (this show is so wild) and it seems this is their main connection to each other atm (although i suspect tan has a loyalty thing and he would stick by his family through a lot even them saying ‘i don’t like you’ to his face);

- this is the wildest guess; that is his half brother on his mother’s side. naming wise it makes sense and it makes sense in this way that that’s connection to it all is through tan and not through the other two brothers. especially since that seems to know even less than tan (who already knows jackshit);

- people are either not supposed to know that tan is related to any of them or it’s an unspoken agreement not to mention it at all (probably because of his father’s indiscretions)

so if we’re only going by evidence they have presented us the story is now: pued sold jane to the most powerful people in town in exchange for power/position. jane might have been somewhat compliant initially because she loved him and wanted to help him but pressumably after natty’s death she figured out how fucked up it all is (perhaps she didn’t realise how young some of the girls they are targeting were? perhaps she was under the impression it was only her? perhaps she was involved in recruiting her and couldn’t handle the guilt?) and during the director’s party she snapped at some of the people involved. both pued and jane seem to acknowledge that whatever was said was enough to put both pued’s position/power and jane herself in danger. a few hours later jane is killed.

the questions i find most interesting are if pued is from a wealthy mafia family why was getting a position in town so important to him? why did he need the support? was it simply a loyalty test or is it vital for him to hold a position in the justice system to aid his family? if the latter it would suggest that his family, though involved, is not the mastermind behind it all; if the former i would hate to see those family dinners.

and how far would pued go to regain whatever power was given to him? if he was told the only way to straighten out this situation and prove his worth once more was to get rid of jane; would he? is power more important to him than love?
