I feel like some people are kinda pushy about that in general, even with original characters.
I support and understand the need for representation, I'm lgbt myself, but like, not every character needs to be gay and it's fine?
You don't need to answer this if you don't want to, I understand it's a tiring topic, just wanted to share something that's been happening to me too with my oc.
[I will answer this because you've been decent about this and I really do appreciate the support here! And it's exactly like this. People can't see boundaries anymore and it's tiring at this point. Even when the mod makes it very clear that the character does not feel like that they want them to because they feel entitled to push this onto others. It's disrespectful as all hell. Basic etiquette just completely flew past them. I do not have a problem with headcanons, heck, I love reading them! But please do not push them on the character I spent time on representing so others and myself can have fun. If my interpretation of him not being gay hurts their feelings and robs them of their fun it tells me more about them.]

i’m going to put this blog on hiatus. i’m not sure for how long. there’s still a bit of posts queued for about week. i’ll smack this at the end of the queue as well so people know when it’s ended.
i still love cloud and zack more than anything and i’ll keep posting about them and creating fanart on my main (which i’m still pretty unsure about disclosing here...) i just feel very drained and upset about some things. a lot of it is pertaining to homophobia(moreso in general, not just ff7 community online, but it does apply.) i made this blog mostly for myself as a place to put all the cloud and zack content i find in one place, i didn’t think it’d get over 400 followers. i intend to return to this blog eventually, i might still reblog some things onto here from time to time, but it wont be active.
