I just wanted to say that I love your Advent Narnia posts. They really help get me in the spirit of the season and remind me of my love for this beautiful book series.

The original "Hope" edit came to me rather spontaneously while I was sitting in church that Sunday, and I started pondering all the little images of hope within the Narnia stories: Lucy going back to the wardrobe, Caspian blowing the horn, the stone table breaking, spring blooming, the albatross appearing in the dark, Trufflehunter "holding on," Reepicheep's desire to find the utter east... And I know there are so many more examples that could have been used and referenced, but those are just a few of the images that made up the edit as I began to plan it in my head! I put it all together after lunch and posted it the same day.
I'm glad the inspiration struck me, because I have greatly enjoyed creating this little edit series. I love the themes of advent so much, and it is so fun to create something with them, especially something which features these beloved stories which point to those themes (and the giver of them) so well! <3
