The Importance of your desktop theme

We are reading through over 100 nominations for Full Disclosure (you guys rock...keep sending them in) to familiarize ourselves with the work of all the talented people submitted and something we are seeing repeatedly:desktop themes that are... problematic at best. 

Either we can’t find a masterlist, there is no search bar, the font is tiny, the font is light, or they have no tagging system. We’ve had to pass up so many people because we can’t find their stories! So, if you’re struggling with notes/interactions maybe your theme is the cause.
