Had an extended drive with this absurd vehicle yesterday. Tesla Model S P100D Ludicrous Mode. 680 Horsepower 791 lbft Torque That name certainly is fitting because that amount of torque, available immediately, is insane. The acceleration from this car is mind bending. 0-60 in 2.3.. and weighs two and a half tons. Ludicrous mode is like a real life cheat code in traffic. Pull alongside an Audi RS doing 70mph, by the time it downshifts, I'm already at 90. Any car at all tries to pass and I can jump 10 car lengths ahead with a light touch of the throttle. It's just so responsive and the acceleration is so instant.
